About Rachael
I’ve always believed that the right home can change everything. Not just where you live, but how you live. I didn’t always work in real estate—far from it. I started in software engineering, solving complex problems from my home office. But my biggest challenge wasn’t at work. It was finding a home that actually fit our lives.
When my husband got a job offer in Denver, we packed up and moved across the country. I was working full-time, coordinating the move, and trying to settle into a brand-new city. Our new home looked great on paper, but it didn’t work in practice—one closet, one sink, and a layout that made daily life harder, not easier. That experience changed everything.
I realized that having the right space matters just as much as having enough space. I’d already spent years learning the industry through land investing. I learned how to negotiate and spot potential where others saw problems. Transferring those skills into residential real estate gave me a new mission. I wanted to help people find homes that truly support how they live, work, and unwind.
That’s why I created the Thrive System. It’s my step-by-step approach, designed for busy professionals who are buying or selling their first home while juggling real life. It’s structured, strategic, and deeply personal.
I lead with empathy and compassion in everything I do. My background in engineering gave me excellent problem-solving skills. But my love for people and dedication to service is what drives me. This combination is my superpower. It helps me analyze challenges and find creative solutions to really make things work for you. Because at the end of the day, home isn’t just about space. It’s about a place where you can thrive.
