Brett & Stephanie’s Story
Brett & Stephanie spent nine years building a life in their house in Denver. But it was time to move back to Indiana. They needed to be closer to family and make room for their growing kids. They were ready to close this chapter with confidence.
I gave them a clear, prioritized prep plan to get their home show ready. The transformation was immediate.

Kaya & Bryan’s Story
Kaya and Bryan were newlyweds, tired from years of renting. They were ready to buy their first home but weren’t in a rush. It was more important that they found the right fit.
We did a marathon showing day right off the bat. And there was one they REALLY liked. It was adorable. Cute artistic accents, warm wood tones, and mosaic tiles on the stairs. It had CHARACTER.
The more they thought about it, the more they liked it. But there was one problem...
It had foundation issues. They had been fixed. Mostly. But foundation issues are the type of thing that can be recurring.
And it had already been "fixed" multiple times. The history wasn't great.
The owner had put 10s of $1000s in over the years. I didn't want them to end up in the same situation. I talked to them about the risks. And even though they were SO excited, they decided to pass. The search continued....
On Round 2, we found another winner! This one was stylish and had a great layout for hosting. BUT it had a massive solar loan that the seller didn't want to pay off.
I helped them assess the pros and cons. And made sure they really understood the cons.
It would add another $20-30k to their budget. It didn't make financial sense. They decided to pass.
On Round 3, we found The One. It was everything they needed and made sense financially. The wait was worth it. And now they host super awesome parties at their home. Have a big backyard. And a home office with space for all their plants. What it really comes down to is this:
